At Sajawat Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund terms carefully, as they vary by product category.
१. Return Window
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
२. Electronics & Mobile Accessories
Eligible for return only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described (DOA – Dead on Arrival).
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice.
Working products returned for personal reasons (change of mind) are not eligible unless defective.
३. Fashion (Clothing, Sarees, Kurtis, Footwear)
Exchange available for size/fit issues within 7 days.
Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
Custom or altered items are not eligible for return.
४. Health, Wellness & Agriculture Products (including KEVA)
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, these products can only be returned if the seal is unopened and the product is unused.
Opened or used health/wellness products cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defects.
५. How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@sajawatstore.in or +91 8080700619 within the return window with your order number and photos of the product (if damaged/defective).
Once approved, we will share pickup/return shipping instructions.
६. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
